DO NOT TRY AT HOME!
UPDATE: The only way to fix this is to take it to an Apple Store and have them open your iPhone up and unplug the battery and then plug it back in it. A DFU RESTORE WILL NOT WORK! DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!
